Goat meat with plums and free saffron flavor
Ingredients:
Kg
Half cup of olive oil
2 onion seeds
Spices:
Salt of cedar, cactus of cinnamon, ground coriander
Cup of water with hairs of saffron free
For decoration:
Three boiled eggs
150 g dried plum
Cinnamon sticks
Half tablespoon butter
Medium sugar
100 g of clarified and fried almonds
Method:
In a bowl, pour half a cup of water, saffron and spices. Mix well, season with the meat, and let it season for half an hour.
In the Tajin, place a chopped onion, a chopped onion and olive oil, leave it to be well fry, then place the pieces of meat on the sides, and then place the remaining cup of water and saffron free.
In a small cooker, place the plum with a large glass of water, butter, sugar, cinnamon and let it ripen and soften and then remove it from the fire to cool.
